The Secretary of State's Office of Investigative Services has punished John Yurkovich Auto Sales in Wyandotte, M&M Cars on Eight Mile in Detroit, and First Place Auto Sales in Waterford for violations including not having complete records, and selling vehicles without proper documentation. Fred Woodhams is the spokesman for Secretary of State Ruth Johnson he says all of the dealers failed to properly record vehicle transactions.
