Primarily using gel permeation chromatography/size exclusion chromatography (GPC/SEC), OMNISEC measures molecular weight (MW), MW distribution, and structural characteristics of proteins, polymers, and other macromolecules. OMNISEC REVEAL module includes refractive index, light scattering, and viscometer detectors. Able to measure absolute MW down to ~200 Da without any requirement for calibration, system offers precise temperature control and exchangeable viscometer capillary module.
