Sergio Tacchini has announced new ownership of its brand assets led by Stefano Maroni, former CEO of GMI USA Corp, private equity firm Twin Lakes Capital LLC, and B. Riley Principal Investments LLC, a subsidiary of B. Riley Financial, Inc. (B. Riley).
