Environmental Services will install a valve and underground vault near the intersection of SE 7th Avenue and Yamhill Street. The equipment will reduce the rare build-up of air pressure in the public sewer system that can occur during intense rainstorms. This project will help to ensure the sewer system operates safely and efficiently.
