Dairy industry veteran Gary Romano is believed to have resigned as chief executive of a company associated with large-scale Chinese investor Shanghai Pengxin. The Auckland-based Australian is understood to have resigned late last year as chief executive of Dakang Pasture Farming, formerly Pengxin International.
