The first attack occurred around 11:40 a.m. Saturday off Lanikai on Hawaii's main island of Oahu. Paramedics arrived to a residence to tend to a 44-year-old who suffered The Honolulu Fire Department said the injured man and another were swimming from the Mokulua Islands to Lanikai when he was attacked from 50 to 100 yards from shore.
