Shelby Farms wraps up fundraising for renovation

"We are proud to announce we've crossed the finish line on our capital campaign, and we're grateful to all the corporate, foundation, private and public partners who stepped up to help unlock the incredible potential of Shelby Farms Park," said Barbara Hyde , SFPC board member and president of Hyde Family Foundations . The Hyde Family Foundations helped kick off the campaign in 2008 with a $20 million grant, and other major contributors since then have included FedEx Corp., Baptist Memorial Health Care Corp., Plough Foundation , AutoZone Inc., First Tennessee Foundation, International Paper Foundation, McDonnell Family Foundation, Bill and Amy Rhodes , Fred and Diane Smith and Peter and Mary Lee Formanek .
