Sheriff: Drunken Southwest passenger struggled with deputies

A man who was removed from a Southwest Airlines flight because he was intoxicated was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest when he fought with deputies trying to help him rebook his flight Tuesday, according to the Albany County Sheriff's Office. Matthew P. Maioriello, 31, of Burnt Hills was taken into custody after a 5:30 p.m. incident at Albany International Airport.
