Should the nutrition title be split from the farm bill?

After failure to pass a 2013 Farm Bill in the House of Representatives last month, is splitting the nutrition title from the farm bill the only way a new bill will be passed by the House? Many farm groups and organizations feel no farm bill will be passed without the nutrition title, and others feel the opposite. What do you think?
