Barry Marlow, owner of recently shuttered Miles Petroleum Inc. in Merrill, was arraigned Monday in Saginaw County's 70th District Court on four counts of underground storage tank violation, according to Saginaw County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Christopher Boyd.
