VANCOUVER, British Columbia & SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS, France -- Sierra Wireless and MobiquiThings, a leading mobile virtual network operator in Europe, today announced that Sierra Wireless has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire MobiquiThings. The transaction is expected to close in August 2015.
