Combining servo or stepper drive and controller, ACS (Actuator Control Solution) works with electric actuators to create single-axis linear motion solution for replacing pneumatic cylinders and automating processes. Drives are controlled from PLC or master controller via 24 Vdc digital I/O, 0–10 Vdc or 4–20 mA analog I/O, and Ethernet or Modbus RTU over RS-485. Capable of infinite position capability, servo/controller operates on 10-60 Vdc bus, while stepper drive/controller operates on 24 Vdc.
