Supplied in RoHS-compliant and halogen-free, 10-pin, 3 x 3 mm DFN package, XR71211 provides 1.5 A from voltages as low as 1.4 V and dropout voltage of 250 mV at max junction temperature without requiring external bias voltage or internal charge pump. LDO Regulator, targeted for 1.5 to 1.2 V and 1.8 to 1.5 V conversions, has operating input voltage range of 1.4–2.625 V and provides output voltages down to 0.6 V with accuracy of 0.5% using ceramic capacitors.<br />
