(Telecompaper) Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel) has has introduced an IP-based communications app dubbed 'Wavee'. App users can make voice, VoIP and video calls, send instant messages and SMS; set up chat groups; attach photos, videos, sketches, audio files and documents to messages; as well as share a location. The app also includes multi-task capabilities, enabling users to send messages and files while on a voice call. The app does not allow advertising.
