There are already new tires on one car, but Kim Taylor said she discovered four ruined tires between two cars at her house on Thanksgiving Day. "Doesn't make me feel good at all to think that there is somebody in our neighborhood, you know, that would do something like this you know? I mean, who does this to people?" asked Taylor.
