Slower-than-Expected Growth Reduces PCB Book-to-Bill Ratio

IPC® announced September 2013 findings from its North American PCB Statistical Program; sales and order growth remained slow, and book-to-bill ratio slipped below parity to 0.98. Total North American PCB shipments decreased 0.7% from September 2012, and year-to-date (YTD) shipment growth, while still negative compared to same period in 2012, rose to -3.5%.
