Smog warning issued for parts of Houston

Just as Houston begins to heat up for summer, unhealthy levels of smog are expected to hang over the north side of the city. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality issued an advisory warning people to limit their activity outdoors Saturday because of elevated levels of smog, or ozone.
