Snap-on expected to meet 3Q earnings estimates

Snap-on Inc., which is set to release its earnings report on Thursday, is expected to meet or beat analysts' expectations in the third quarter. The consensus on earnings is that the Kenosha-based tool manufacturer will report earnings at $1.61 per share, a 15 percent increase compared with $1.43 per share it reported for the second quarter of 2014, according to a story on Nasdaq.com .
