Ranging from 4–256 GB, Solid State Drives are available in both Industrial and Enterprise class grades. Industrial SSDs, made of SLC NAND flash, operate from -45 to 80°C and are suited for mission-critical applications deployed in data centers, finance, and aerospace or manufacturing facilities. Also operating from -45 to 80°C, Enterprise class SSDs use MLC NAND flash which is less durable since higher storage capacity per cell incurs higher read/write cycles per cell than SLC SSD.
