South Australian beef and lamb producers will continue to benefit from a tight supply in 2015, according to a livestock industry veteran. Massive slaughter numbers for both cattle and sheep, as well as ongoing dry conditions in key production areas around Australia, have significantly reduced herd and flock numbers.
