The 44th annual South Dakota Pork Congress is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 9-10, 2013 at the Ramkota Exhibit Hall in Sioux Falls, SD. More than 100 exhibitors will be featured in the tradeshow. Attend annual business meetings and educational seminars. The Master Pork Producers Recognition banquet will be held on Wednesday, and an awards luncheon will take place Thursday.
