Sovcomflot signs deal for construction of five new Aframax tankers

Russian shipping company PAO Sovcomflot (SCF Group) has signed new agreements with Rosneft, Russia's State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) and Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex for the construction of five new Aframax tankers.
