Suited for PLC, DCS, or stand-alone controllers, Milli-Speed Switch detects belt slip, belt underspeed, stop motion, low speed, or zero speed on bucket elevators, conveyors, airlocks, mixers, and fans. Unit uses inductive sensing element in nose of enclosure to detect ferrous metal target. Fully encapsulated in polycarbonate body, switch is corrosion and abrasion resistant, dust-tight, and IP67 waterproof. Output signal is automatically scaled for zero to full speed with over speed detection.
