Replacing labor-intensive manual tool change or need for automatic tool changer, HF103 Solidfix® Spindle Motor accelerates tool changes via adapters that hold various tools. Modular quick-change system lets user preset tools for precise, repeatable cuts and change tools in 10–20 sec. Operated with one hand, unit incorporates 180° clamp lock and ejection features and has no screws. Spindle can be programmed to move to home position where operator can change tools and resume routine.
