Stafford council approves TI Property re-zoning

It took four meetings and a public hearing, but the Stafford City Council finally decided to re-zone the 192-acre Texas Instruments property, on the U.S. Hwy. 59 feeder between Airport and Kirkwood, from light industrial to mixed use.
