Piezoresistive sensor chip is housed in fluid-filled cylindrical cavity and isolated from measured media by stainless steel diaphragm and body for corrosion resistance. Silicon pressure sensor is thermally compensated and has millivolt output of up to 180 mV at 1 mA supply current. Typical applications include process control systems, medical devices, and HVAC controls.
