The Sutton Way grocery store is taking over about 7,000 square feet of space from Staples, its next-door neighbor in the Glenbrook Shopping Center, said Susan Hook, the operations manager at Staples in Grass Valley. Lori and Tim Bascom, the owners of the local Grocery Outlet, said they could not comment on the expansion, referring questions to Grocery Outlet's corporate office, headquartered in Emeryville.
