Sponsored by AASHTO, AAA, and U.S. Chamber of Commerce, America's Transportation Awards competition recognizes best of America's transportation projects in 3 main categories. Mid America regional featured 12 project nominations from 7 mid-American states. Department of Transportation (DOT) of Indiana and Missouri took home awards in Ahead of Schedule category, DOTs in Minnesota and Indiana for Under Budget category, and DOTs of Michigan and Missouri for Best Use of Innovation category.
