State investigating the cause of cloudy water at Bryan Park

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports the state Department of Environmental Quality sent an inspector to the park Wednesday after the newspaper relayed to the agency a report of "milky" water in a stream in the park. Hayden says the inspector will check to see if he can find a source of pollution upstream.
