Staten Island Railway's renovated Grasmere station to open Tuesday

After nearly three years of delays , the Staten Island Railway's renovated Grasmere station will open Tuesday at 5 a.m., according to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The MTA began repairs to the station in May 2012 and had originally scheduled to complete work in April of the following year.
