Steelcase rises as Americas growth offsets Europe

Steelcase Inc. said its earnings rose 6.7% as growth in its Americas business offset continuing struggles in its European operations in the latest quarter. For the current quarter, the company forecast per-share earnings of 31 cents to 35 cents and revenue of $800 million to $820 million.
