By steering transient voltages to power lines or ground, DSL70 provides circuit protection against ESD, EFT, and secondary lightning threats for one line pair or 2 single lines. Ultra-low capacitance of 3 pF typ maintains signal integrity for high-speed data lines, while minimal leakage current suits battery-powered devices and PoE applications. Along with 225 mW continuous power dissipation, features include IEC compliance, molded JEDEC SOT-143 package, and UL 94V-0 flammability rating.
