Stiritz steps down as CEO at Post Holdings in reorganization

Bill Stiritz , 79, who has led Post Holdings through an aggressive strategy of acquisitions in the past roughly two years, is stepping down as chairman and CEO of Post Holdings. Stiritz had been in those roles since Post separated from Ralcorp Holdings Inc. in 2012.
