Stock Market Futures Lower; First-Quarter GDP Down 0.7%

Nasdaq futures were down 0.3% while the S&P 500 and Dow Jones industrial average indicated a 0.2% drop in the stock market today . The latest reading on first-quarter gross domestic product showed a contraction of 0.7%, nearly in line with the consensus forecast of a 0.8% decline.
