The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street improvements will require lane closures on SE 52nd Avenue between SE Powell Boulevard and SE Division Street from Wednesday, April 16 through Thursday, April 24, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
