Vinita Kumar told CBC she traded in her husband's leased Honda Civic 2011 to lower the payments on her new Volkswagen Jetta, but was temporarily stuck getting billed for both cars. The provincial consumer protection agency needs to do a better job monitoring car dealers, the Automobile Protection Association said after hearing about a local driver's bizarre trade-in hassle.
