City planning commission members were briefed Tuesday on two of the newest projects - a 365-unit apartment complex on the Allegheny riverfront in the Strip District and a 172-unit building on the Shadyside-East Liberty border near Whole Foods Market. Cleveland developer NRP Group LLC is teaming with the Buncher Co.
