Student housing plans at The Brewery moving ahead

After more than three years of work, developer Blue Ribbon Management LLC is pulling together the final pieces for its planned 400-bed student apartment and extended-stay hotel in The Brewery. Some cleanup work already has been done to the 250,000-square-foot Pabst Brewing Co.
