With the airport and metro system shut down in the wake of the attacks in Brussels, people and companies have mobilized to make sure residents of the city can get home safely. A series of terrorist attacks rocked Brussels and its nearby airport on Tuesday, with two explosions at Zaventem International Airport and a separate one at the Maelbeek metro station that serves the European Commission on Rue de la Loi.
