Sugar factory scam runs into Rs 10,000 crore, says Medha Patkar

Social activist Medha Patkar and two former legislators have alleged that a Rs10,000 crore scam has taken place in the co-operative sugar industry through the sale of 40 co-operative sugar factories to private firms in the state.
