KARACHI: Attracted to the government\'s incentives to the generation from alternative energy sources, three more sugar mills have applied for the licences to set up cumulative 90-megwatt bagasse-based power plants, a spokesman at the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) said on Thursday
