Superconducting camera can snap 3D photos from 1,100 yards

Using a rather sexy combination of nanowires and lasers, physicists at the Heriot-Watt University in Scotland have created a new camera system that's capable of capturing high-resolution 3D images up to a kilometer (1,100 yards) away.
