Supervalu names grocery exec Mark Gross as new CEO

Eden Prairie-based Supervalu has been looking for a new leader for the past few months after current CEO Sam Duncan announced plans to retire at the end of this month. Before that, Gross worked for 10 years with C&S, a large grocery wholesaler.
