Dennis Arguelles, Los Angeles Program Manager for the National Parks Conservation Associtation, and Rep. Adam Schiff lead a tour of portions of the Rim of Valley NRA proposal at Atwater Park in Los Angeles on Monday April 27, 2015. The tour began at Brand Park in Glendale near the Verdugo Hills.
