In SMT Belobog package with 0.8 mm profile and 150° angle of sensitivity, TSOP37xxxE, TSOP57xxxE, and TSSP57xxxE Series support -40 to +110°C storage and have rated floor life of 168 hr per MSL 3. These products, suited for outdoor applications exposed to daily temperature variations/extremes, have no lens and retain 85% of on-axis sensitivity at off-axis angle of 45°. To simplify designs, receivers offer photo detector and preamplifier circuit in single epoxy package.
