Suited for temperature compensation and measurement, SM04, SM06, and SM08 Thermistors feature max power ratings of 125, 200, and 250 mW, respectively, with dissipation constants of 1.10, 1.50, and 2.00 mW/°C. Thermal constants down to 1.5 sec and low profiles to 0.35 mm enable fast response times while saving space in LCD controls, relay coils, crystal oscillators, and hybrid circuits. Operating from -40 to +125°C, devices offer resistance from 200 Ω to 470 kΩ with tolerances down to 1%.
