Harnessing arc plasma, TubeDyne Treating System treats medical tube ends for permanent bond to surgical instruments, housings, or other tubing (including catheters). Self-contained, compact, tabletop unit is PLC-controlled. Tubing up to 0.375 in. dia, with or without metal inserts, can be placed in holding fixture and receive gentle, uniform, 360° treatment at length of ~2.00 in. Operator console features HMI with programmable, monochrome touchscreen.
