By Bay City News Service Three suspects who led police on a lengthy chase from Hayward that ended in a one-car crash on Interstate Highway 580 near Park Boulevard in Oakland early Monday have been charged with assault with a deadly weapon, evading a peace officer and other offenses, Hayward police said.
