Suspicious package prompts evacation at LG Electronics in Englewood Cliffs

About 200 LG Electronics USA employees were evacuated for a short time Monday afternoon because of a package that was considered suspicious, but which was later determined to be safe by law enforcement, a company spokesman said. John Taylor, the spokesman, said there had been a "prior threat" made to the company by telephone within the past couple of weeks.
