Yesterday saw the formation of the world's largest independent Coca-Cola bottler, when Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke agreed to combine their businesses to form a new company called Coca-Cola European Partners.
